“It is necessary to conduct a second referendum” By Igor Ryabov

In the Crimea took place an event that deeply made hair curl and shocked the local political life. In Crimea parallel to the martial exercises came Herman Gref’s and “Sberbank’s” main strategist Alexander Idrisov, who is the head of the allied company of “Sberbank of Russia” “Strategy Partners Group”.

He arrived in the Crimea to share his experience and knowledge about way of develop in hard Russian region. Idrisov was special guest, shining star and just guru at strategic planning session of Crimea’s development.

Idrissov explained that “Sberbank” does not go to the Crimea because Putin ordered

It is common known, that “Sberbank” declares in public (in distinction from other large Russian corporations) one simple condition its occurrence in the Crimea: let Crimea return to Ukraine, and then “Sberbank” deigns. Of course, this shoot down the chances of the Bank to come here during the reign of a leader who likes pull no punches in the interests of Ukrainian depositors. (As well as British, American and various European, including Turkish – special for them at the interactive map of “Sberbank” on banks site the Crimea remained within Ukraine). Idrisov, by the way, at his guest performance explained that “Sberbank” does not go to the Crimea because Putin ordered. But it was not the main sensation (or trickery) that happened in his event.

After useful (not as usual) presentation from a leading specialist of regional and corporate strategic thoughts of his rich CV (this time the focus was on Dzhambul region), Mr. Idrisov gave some steers. Many of them were useful, the Crimeans (several leading government Ministers, for example, and even members of the state Council) written all of them scrupulously.

Idrisov informed the participants that the primary goal for Crimea is to find a way to make an arrangement with the West about cancellation the sanctions

Somehow, one thing led to another, suddenly Idrisov informed the participants that, the primary goal for Crimea is to find a way to make an arrangement with the West about cancellation the sanctions. Because there can’t be any strategy with these damned sanctions. Is necessary to make an arrangement. For example, to spend, as they want, a referendum.

What happened after! If at that moment Idrisov would be not in the cultural space but for example, on Nakhimov square, it would have been for educational purposes wrapped in some archival yellow and blue flag, and carried out with his feet foremost in the direction Kherson route.

Literally now, one cold February morning, the Minister of foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said that the Americans secretly and using different channels persuade Crimeans to re-referendum.

And one of the channels appeared right to the arena!

Idrisov was discouraged that not all were yobbo like general client of “Sberbank” who is served on the highest level by experienced strategists. He started shelter him under relations with Putin, asked not to interrupt, to respect the work of cleaners, bended his brows, asked protection from the Minister of economic development of the Crimea, who had invited him, but then was no conversation after. The Crimean part of the hall quickly stopped respect Idrisov, though many people thanked him hospitality for a long journey from Moscow to the Crimea in such a difficult period for the country.

But they memorized his face.

Wait for Gref in Crimea.
