It needs to tell about Jamala and her song “1944” at the Eurovision song contest. And it needs to tell the truth. The newsline is full of newsbreaks associated with this event and this means that Jamala got her own way. She created a precedent. To be more exact got their own way those who supervises the Crimean Tatar singer.
It is clear that was not any selection for the Eurovision song contest from Ukraine. A topic pursuing from Euromaidan time is taken and pressed as a painful point. Crimea will never be Ukrainian. It’s obvious. But there are still those who don’t believe it. However there are less than those who understand but want to annoy. That is why they set fire to the “peat bogs” of the accumulated problems. Of course the Crimean Tatars issue in this context is most painful. Jamala and Ukraine are only fuses.

In fact, this topic is overseen by Turkey and it is not hidden. Where are the Turkish there and in the USA. Actually, Washington and Ankara have contributed to the return of Crimean Tatars to the Peninsula. Of course is nothing to worry about. The problem is in a way how it happened. The nationalism maiden to the old patterns was the leitmotif.
In Sevastopol, where I was born and live in this problem never was an issue. Sometimes I live in a village near Bakhchysarai and that’s where the relationship between the Crimean Tatars and Russians have always smelled like sulfur. In detail I study this question by sharing historical facts and memoirs in a novel “Teacher.” Meanwhile the root ofa Crimean Tatar problem and its starting point in recent period is surely the deportation of the Crimean Tatars in 1944.
About it was told enough and to spare. It was really the grief and trauma of the people. While working on a novel “Teacher” I have read many memoirs of the Crimean Tatars about how they were evicted from the Crimea. I talked with them and heard that they were awoke in the morning and broke into freight. Even a reading of these lines appalls but genetic memory keeps the fear more acute.
However we have to talk also about facts that were preceded the deportation of Crimean Tatars. It is said not so much. We can apply to the memoirs of General Manstein: “the Tatars immediately come to our part saw us as liberators. A Tatar delegation come to me, brought fruits and nice fabrics for the liberator Adolf Effendi”. We can also apply to numerous cases of desertion and treason of the Crimean Tatars. Is it possible for the deserters and traitors judge all Crimean Tatar people? As well as, for example, judge the Ukrainians for the Bandera. I think no. But we must remember – that’s not an excuse, but a fact – that the deportation occurred in the conditions and according to the laws of wartime.
There was also a second wave in the seventies. Known nowadays Mustafa Dzhemilev actioned starvations. It should be mentioned that the protest action of Crimean Tatars in the last century, were rather directed not outward but inward. They starved, burned themselves, maimed themselves, thus expressing disagreement with the current regime.
When they began to return to Crimea the situation was not corrected. Of course the Crimean Tatars received from the United States and Turkey serious grants. They built houses, occupied land which has already become a parable squatter development, monopolized markets, opened mosques, schools, the media, sponsored by the American funds. They were being established their status in statu. But they haven’t choose identification.
The state didn’t give them attention to the right degree. The Americans and the Turkish never thought of them as an independent force and kept in a counterbalance to the Russian Crimea. In fact Crimean Tatars were exploited by the big political actors.
In large measure they understood it themselves. Radical conflicts started there. It should be noted that “Majlis” which occupied an irreconcilable position was not supported by the majority. Meanwhile, the Tatars have always been able to work, earn money and requested decent working conditions. But the problem is that the people were mentioned not in a constructive contex but in a destructive one.

It is a direct reference to the Russians, who came to Donbass with the words of denial of guilt. Those who sends Jamala to Eurovision put it into the minds and subconscious. Thickening by the text: “They kill you all”.

Finally the Crimean Tatar singer concludes: “I couldn’t spend my youth there, because you took my world.” These words are sung in the Crimean Tatar language to create an additional effect, as the bar of conscience, as a black news from the past.
“1944” needs the place not on the song contest, and in the collection of political slogans and demonstrations of psychological techniques changing the minds of millions.
In due season I was amazed how great was organized the Euromaidan, how clearly was thought out every psychological detail, ranging from cultural events (poets, musicians, priests and politicians between them, banging corresponding message over the heads) to the little things like mats with Yanukovych. Someone said that everything was self-organized. But this is like the story of the fool who found a cell phone and decided that it materialized out of thin air. Someone conversely retells that relatives and friends were given drugs on the Maidan and now they are treated from drug addiction. All this belongs to last century. Today specialists work not with body chemistry but with chemistry of the soul, the intellect changed the essence of person and modified the concepts of good and evil. “1944” in Eurovision is a sure step through continuation of the Nazi experiments.

Not sure that Jamala understands and takes into account the infernal background. Moreover, I assume that she will performe song “1944” sincerely, as the flesh and blood her ancestors. These are bloody merciless gods from beautiful hills. They can’t do otherwise, but their servants have to decide where is the line of deception and who is guilty in death not an abstract, statistical victims, but specific people. Is time to give an answer, to confess, to repent. Because one can’t be used by God and by mammon.
